The Red Tent is an ancient and global tradition of women gathering to support one another along the cyclical journey of life and womanhood. Here we cocreate a ceremonial space to celebrate the abundant mysteries of the feminine–birth, death, menstruation, fertility, and the inner & earthly seasons. Each dark moon in South Lake Tahoe we gather to share story, song, ritual, prayer, council, laughter, and connection.

Held monthly in South Lake Tahoe on the full moon, Lunar Rhythms honors the cyclical nature of the moon and its impact on humans. Through a guided experience that weaves together healing sound bath, astrological themes, breath work, tea, meditation, and guided yoga flow. This is a coed container that aims to support, nourish, and uplift you.
